My research interests are in corporate finance, corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility. During my PhD, I have carried out empirical research on the determinants and effects of commercial corporate governance analysis (governance ratings and proxy advise). Part of this research has been published in Review of Finance and covered by Financial Times, The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, Board Agenda, IR Magazine, and many other newspapers and magazines. Two additional papers from my PhD are also ready for submission.
